Get moving!!

Try swimming!
Are you exercising? Of course, if many people think not but exercise. Why?
1. It's relaxing
Find someone who also wants to relax. Dont be lazy.
2. Help your joints.
While you swim your bones and muscles stretch and exercise. Do not stay there, try it!
3. It's fun.
During nadas you have fun learning new things and your tension can be diminished. Run for your swimsuit and swim!
