Get moving!

Do you practice some sport? 
1.Fotball is fun: Practice fotball with your friends. It's better at every hour. Don't be bored. 
2.Run for the ball. Is good for your legs and better breathing also it makes you feel more energic. 
3.Football is funny. Go to park and practice, do it better before to eat every food.
